I live in New Zealand and bought my first hat from Love Lupin in 2017. I was quite nervous about ordering from the other side of the world, however Vivien made everything so easy. I have now recently ordered my 3rd hat. Vivien is really quick to answer, she is happy to send extra photos and videos of hats as I'm not able to visit, the hats have been very well packaged and beautiful quality, she offers courier options and payment made really easy. I could not recommend Love Lupin highly enough. I would return time and time again.

Great service. Vivien was able to see me very quickly. She has a great selection of hats and fascinators in a big range of colours.
